Corporate Retreats in Sonoma Wine Country
Executive offsites and leadership retreats, designed and led by a former Fortune 500 CMO — held among the vines in Sonoma County, ninety minutes north of San Francisco.
The room is the reason the conversation never changes.
Most offsites fail for the same reason most strategy fails: the room never changes, so neither does the conversation. A leadership team that argues the same question in sixty-minute increments all year will argue it the same way in a hotel conference room with a projector and a clock on the wall.
Wine country works because the distance is real. Phones go quiet. The calendar stops. People walk rows, eat together, and say the thing they have been circling for two quarters. The hospitality isn’t the reward at the end of the working day — it’s the reason the working day produces anything.
What a session looks like.
Two to three days, built around a single strategic question your team leaves having answered.
Before
We interview your leadership team individually. By the time anyone arrives, we know where the disagreement actually is — which is rarely where the agenda says it is.
Mornings
Working sessions. Structured, led, and pointed at the decision.
Afternoons and evenings
Vineyard, table, long conversation. This is where alignment happens, and we plan it as deliberately as the sessions.
After
A documented plan with owners and dates, plus a thirty-day checkpoint so the decisions survive the return to the inbox.

What’s included.
Pre-work and individual interviews. Facilitation and point of view — these sessions are led, not facilitated. Meals, wine and hospitality on site. Lodging coordination. A documented plan, and a thirty-day follow-through.
A decision to make, and a team that hasn’t made it.
Premium consumer, retail, lifestyle and hospitality businesses, usually between $50M and $1B. CEOs, CMOs, CHROs and boards.
If you want a retreat, there are beautiful places that will host one. If you want the decision made, that’s this.
Ninety minutes from San Francisco.
Sonoma County sits about an hour and a half north of San Francisco. Most groups fly into SFO or OAK and drive; Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport (STS) in Santa Rosa is closer still and serves several West Coast cities directly. Healdsburg, Santa Rosa and Sonoma all have lodging suited to an executive group.
Let’s chat about your brand, your customer, your team.
